A great company to deal with because they are lending their own money, which makes the decision making processes transparent and quick, in part also due to the flat management hierarchy (your account manager who reports to the owner). Hunters are easy to communicate with and always answer the phone or returns your calls and emails quickly so you are never left wondering. They are supported by a good team of professional (surveyors and lawyers) who are fair and nice to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Hunters to anyone looking for finance and will be using them for the next project. In a word they take the worry out of finance so you can put your energy and creativity into development.

Hunter Finance has a great team that was willing to work with all our need. Always friendly and understanding to help with the unexpected issues that a build can bring. Could not be happier with there service and would always be eager to work with them again.

We have used Hunters recently to finance our 3 house development in Surrey. Before that we used them for a smaller new build project. I have always found them very helpful and completely transparent on costs etc. It is nice to deal with decision makers instead of middlemen. I would recommend using them to others.
