Scott came to our house to install some sockets in our lounge and our bedroom. He was professional and friendly. During the job he encountered an unexpected problem but he immediately came up with a solution which required him to go and but extra materials to enable him to complete the job. We used SR Electrical Services to do the rewiring of our house, adding new sockets and lighting. Scott and Gary were both very friendly, efficient, always on time, tidy (the list goes on), always making sure they did everything to a high standard. Scott goes above and beyond and today was no exception! Two days before Christmas and our power tripped - Scott was so quick to respond by phone, came to my flat within 20 minutes and fixed the problem in less than five minutes. He was so friendly and helped us understand what had happened and how to prevent it happening again.
