Smarter Home Electrics

We used Smarter Home Electronics for our kitchen and extension works following a recommendation from two friends independently. Craig was excellent to deal with - professional, thorough and very quick to respond on issues no matter the scale. He was always clear about the project plan, costs and when he'd be working (and on what). He worked very well with the project manager, builders and plumbers all of whom commented on Craig's knowledge and professionalism. What stood out most was Craig's conscientiousness with ensuring all of his work was complete to enable the next phase of work to commence on schedule, even if this meant working extended hours. Craig helped us find solutions and made suggestions for how to proceed with elements of the work without pressuring us either way - he provided us with all the information and let us decide for ourselves. We found the service we received to be of the highest quality and would not hesitate to recommend Smarter Home Electronics.

Craig recently installed a Google Nest thermostat and loft light for us and we couldn't be happier with all the work he has done. He gave us honest advice and took the time to discuss all the options available to us, and even came up with a solution which enabled us to have our thermostat in any room in the house. He even took the time to demonstrate the Nest app and show us how to use our new equipment! We will definitely use Craig again, he left no mess and was very conscientious of our home whilst he was working.
