Rachel's work is amazing, this lady is so talented and has all the knowledge when it comes to Bridal alterations. She has altered my wedding dress whereby many companies had declined due to the work initialed. From first point of contact I knew Rachel knew her profession and my mind was eased knowing I had found Rachel. Rachel managed to fit me in with her busy diary so I cannot thank you enough. We came to Rachel with a bespoke design idea for my now Husband's waistcoat for our wedding day, having been unable to find anything that fit the bill elsewhere. Rachel was amazing, and made him feel so comfortable, but also gave us really helpful advice (without being pushy) about where and how we might find the fabrics and trimmings etc that we wanted for the idea we had. She then got on with designing and making the product very swiftly, with plenty of opportunity to review and tweak it along the way. My Husband looked SO handsome wearing the waistcoat on the day, and he loved it, it was absolutely spot on! We'd recommend Rachel to anybody looking for design or alterations, she's truly lovely. With less than two weeks until an event that I wanted to wear a particular dress to that required altering .and having only recently moved into the area, I scanned local businesses and found Rachel.. and what a find!! She squeezed me into her busy schedule and completed my dress early to an exceptionally high standard. The attention to detail was amazing with little touches added. Rachel is lovely, welcoming and friendly - exceptionally talented perfection on wheels and whom I highly recommend. Service: Alterations
