Always helpful easy to sign in and booking of blood tests good. The lady kameera who takes bloods is excellent but two blood tests from another lady not good.

Today I went to the surgery to have my two month old baby vacations done. I waited in a waiting room for over an hour with people are poorly, I was then greeted with a extremely unapologetic nurse, who was extremely rude and argumentative when asked why it was running so behind. being a new mum I was already nervous about my duaghter having her vacations today and this just made the whole situation a lot worse. I understand that they are very busy at the moment but patients should not be spoken or treated in this way.

I am very very impressed by Bird in Eye. I have some complex issues and they have been great at supporting me. A big thank you to the admin staff who have gone over and above to help with medication and appointments. And to Dr Bell who is a superstar GP. We need more Drs like him.
