Not a good Reception from the phone call to tone of voice, so unpolite and made the call and a experience a very uncomfortable one. Definitely do not recommend!!!

Over a year delay on delivering the products - that were paid for in advance! still waiting for Scott to contact me or simply send an email with update.The worst Customer service!!! didn't receive a single answer to my emails! Nightmare to deal with!

Ordered some fabric printed with my own design. The quality is fantastic, both the fabric and the print quality. They were also very helpful in getting the order to me very quickly

I got in touch with Forest Digital as they were the only fabric printer to stock a specific Silk Tencel Satin fabric base I wanted and to say the experience has been disappointing is an understatement. Their customer service is erratic and their communication chaotic. There were issues with the fabric I wanted that were beyond their control which resulted in them printing my order onto a completely different fabric WITHOUT GETTING MY APPROVAL. I wasn't even informed that the original fabric wasn't going to be available for another 4 weeks despite them promoting a 1 week turnaround on their website. I run a small interior and textiles business and have tested printing with several of the UK's major fabric printers. Forest Digital's printing came out completely differently to other printers - more lurid, over saturated, as if someone had covered my designs with highlighter pens. A real shame, I had heard good things about them from friends in the same industry as me.
