        Ordered on the app and went to collect. Was told they didnt have the tuna toastie I had ordered and would have to request a refund through the app. I couldnt do this as they had already accepted the order, its them that should have cancelled the order. I asked if I could just have a different toastie and was told absolutely not as it would make their stock levels wrong! So I was in the situation that I had paid nearly 10 for lunch and they were refusing to give me any of my order and unable to refund. The girl who was in charge was very rude whilst the other 2 were actually trying to help. I left without my order and had to phone customer services for a refund which I still dont have 5 days later. They are always disorganised in here and after this experience will never use Costa again.
