While I appreciate they were busy as hell on Xmas Eve, having someone sticking their head through the door from the kitchen and berating the poor girl taking orders, in front of customers, and while she was on the phone is borderline abuse. It's not her fault people want to come in and order food. Be civil. Hence the 1-star atmosphere, awkward doesn't even come close.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are two very steep steps from the pavement outside which are hazardous to even the able-bodied, so you would find it nigh on impossible to get a wheelchair up them.
