Proper Bike Fitting

Booked my first ever bike fitting with Ross. All I can say is it was brilliant, and the resulting fit is amazing. After taking details about me and my riding he went about in a methodical way to arrive at my fit. Starting with my cleat position and ending with my stem length and height. It took 2 and a half hours and little bit of sweat on my part but I can hear and feel the difference. From having a very choppy pedal stroke I'm now smooth and comfortable. What is more I would never of found the direction to go with my fit without him as I thought my saddle was too high rather than the 1cm too low it turned out to be. I did an 80km ride the next day and the little niggles I had been having were gone along with a lower average heart rate for a longer ride even though the pace was comparable. This is the best money I have spent on my bike I can highly recommend Ross to anyone who rides a bike.

Had a bike fit with Ross and cannot recommend it highly enough! After one week I have seen such a difference in my cycling, generating a higher average speed with no perceived increase in effort, and can feel my legs working differently now they are powering through the entire pedal revolution! Worth every penny.

Been seeing Ross at Proper Bike Fit for a good few years now across 3 different bikes. Always makes a huge difference to performance and we underestimate the benefit of a good fit! Worth its weight in gold and takes into account old injuries I have so its both performance and comfort. Always lovely to have a catch up with Ross too, makes for a great experience. Stopped here 140km into an Audax with a flat tyre that I hadn't spotted the problem with. Staff were amazing - warm, friendly, tried not to sell me the tyre that I'd come in for as my old one wasn't actually the problem, but did so when I insisted. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thanks!
