Karl came and saw the work to be done and took plans and spec of works. seemed a nice guy and said the quote would be a couple of weeks. That was in November 2020. Never heard another word despite chasing the quote and then a request to return our paper work.

We have had a very high quality build from Ransom Building Services. The work was completed in good time and on budget. The lads kept the mess and disruption to a minimum and were a pleasure to have working for us.

Karl and team came to us to rip down a load bearing wall and remove and rebuild a roof. From day 1, I could see how professional, courteous and diligent Karl and team were, cleaning up as they went along and making sure everything was safe and tidy knowing we have young children and a dog. I cannot recommend them highly enough, their work is faultless, they are perfectionists and come up with great ideas to enhance your project. Dropping this rating, not because of the quality of their work, simply due to their aftercare/customer service. We've tried to get hold of the team to return to finish some work that was missed for ~10 months now, with many ignored messages and many ignored phone calls and voicemails. Sadly we are having to look for someone to finish that work and quote us for further work.

These guys are certainly up there with the top builders in the area. Just inspect their brickwork. It says alot! Absolutely skill. No hesitation recommending this contractor.

Very professional, on time and very hard working. We Have used many builders over the years but are very happy we found this company.
