        Sarah is absolutely amazing, helpful and knows her stuff. I have been a regular customer for a few years now and I won't go anywhere else for treatment. She understands my skin concerns and is spot on with her recommendations. I always look forward to my appointments. I would definitely recommend

        Pretty awful customer service. I booked an appointment weeks ago for treatments before I went on holiday, arrived at the salon to be told the therapist had left and they didn't have contact details to let me know the appointment had to cancelled, which was a complete lie as they'd called me back to confirm the appointment in the first place. I also gave them my email. Complete waste of a journey and my time.
