        Fed up of businesses still using Covid as an excuse for under staffing and not providing the services pre pandemic. I am a small business and I now have increased my hours to try to be as flexible to my customers as possible. Going into this branch it looks more like the Mary Celeste than a top branded high street bank. Very poor but staff on counter only reason I have given 2 stars.
