        Friendly staff, but your hours of operations are not condusive for people who work. Even more frustrating is your hours for Friday are even shorter and noted incorrectly online. Wasted 90 minutes traveling only to be greeted by a locked door and taped sign.

        Massive problem with not being open on a Saturday and close at 4.30 on weeks days. What about your customer who work these hours

        I understand its hard for bank closing time earlier nowadays but due to pandemic, most of the banks does the same thing too. I think it will be back to normal soon when all this tremendous moment over and Im a happy customer to NatWest especially in Uckfield branch. The ladies work in the counter are so helpful, efficient and friendly.
