        Our cat became unwell on her first stay at Ashworthy, refusing food for days, lost weight and so unsteady on her feet that when we picked her up she could barely stand. I've never seen an animal so obviously seriously ill. Cattery did not call us or more importantly a vet. Had to take her to emergency vet on day of pickup and was told that she likely wouldn't have survived another night. Treatment efficacy was affected by the delay, shortening her life. We raised a complaint but no explanation or even apology was forthcoming. Would definitely not use again.

        5 star service, accommodated my 4 cats for a week, prices were excellent compared to other catteries, facilities are modern and well built, staff were absolutely lovely, will use again in the future.
