Ed and his team have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of having our bathroom fully refurbished. Attention to our requirements was excellent from the planning stage, Ed was happy to source particular products we had chosen prior to contacting him, despite the manufacturer for these not being one he had previously used. With the works taking a few weeks to complete the main fitter Mario was a pleasure to have around, he was very approachable and more than happy to discuss the work, choices, and to make changes and give advice along the way. We have no hesitation in recommending Ed, and he would be our first choice for any future bathroom work. We had our bathroom fitted by Harpers Bathrooms. Excellent products, very professional and done to a high standard. Dean, Rob, Jack and Frank did an excellent job. Ed and Maria were very helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend Bathrooms by Harpers and we will be using them again in the near future. We used Harpers for our new kitchen fit just before Christmas. They had previously fitted our bathroom so we already knew how good they were and they didn't disappoint. Once again everything was done to a very high standard. These guys always go the extra mile - efficiently dealing with any little niggles which couldn't have been foreseen at the start, and Ed was always available to discuss the ongoing work. Mario, the main fitter for this job, is a perfectionist. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We are very happy with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending Ed and his team.
