I have been going to Tatiana's yoga classes for a few months now. I really love the way she teaches - she makes me really think about how I use my body, and pushes me to explore my limits. Her classes are hard work but really energising and fun. And, what I really, really like is that she encourages you to think about your mind and body working together.

Tatiana is an excellent Yoga teacher! Amazing attention to detail and ensures each individual has her attention. I hadn't done Iyengar yoga before going to Tatiana's classes and workshops - best thing I ever started! I've been going for a few years now and hate to miss. Both the weekly classes and the regular workshops are suitable for everyone and so worth going to. Don't be shy, give it a try!!!!

I highly recommend practicing yoga with Tatiana @iYogaBody. She is a very knowledgeable, supportive teacher who goes above and beyond for her students. I'm so pleased I found out about her classes!

I wouldnt go anywhere else for yoga. Tatian is a great teacher and cares about everyone individually, even in group sessions. She always puts you at ease and never makes you feel like youre not good enough. She will always make sure you are safe in a pose and never make you feel that being a beginner is a negative and you will progress at a safe pace.

Having tried yoga some years back, and feeling like I was just watching the teacher at the front - I started going to Tatianas classes to help with a back injury. All I can say is, WOW. Tatianas compassion and care makes all the difference, she ensures every person in the class feels included and will instruct and help beginners, making them feel at ease and in turn helping to build confidence. I could not recommend her classes enough! Thank you!
