Up front, deal with this Company at your peril !! Absolutely disgraceful customer support. They have vacated their Throckley site and there's no sign of them in their supposed new Jarrow location. Had a 8 windows and a kitchen door fitted last April 2022. Seemed fine but then we had some strong winds. Serious draughts in several windows and the door. Made over 30 phone call over a period of months . Fobbed of with excuse after excuse. Will have to order parts, wrong parts received, right part but damaged in the storeroom, operations manager not answering his phone etc etc etc. They are now suspended from membership of the scheme which covers their guarantees so your 10 year warranty is worthless basically. Will probably reappear under a different Company name so watch out, A bunch of cowboys. Worth no stars at all .

Warmseal are absolutely the worst company I have ever had dealings with. We had a replacement conservatory fitted by them with a warm roof and initially everything went well. However we had issues with the initial build which the workers had to put right on site (roof beams had been measured the wrong size). Since then we have had an issue with the plaster on the roof which has started to crack. We had two separate representatives from Warmseal out who both said it needed re-plastering as the joints hadn't been sealed correctly and they would report this back to the company. I have since been on the phone just about every week for the past 7 months trying to get them to fix it to no avail. I have been promised return phone calls which have never happened and lately I have been told that the site manager, Gerard Hiscock, has been sent numerous e mails from the reception staff asking him to contact me to remedy this but he has so far not bothered contacting me either by phone or e mail. Once this company has your money they are not interested in any form of customer service and any attempt to speak to someone who will take responsibility in dealing with it is met by deafening silence. Atrocious company and atrocious customer service. Use at your peril!

In 2021 our old door stopped working (not a warmseal one) they squeezed us in to get the new one on as the old one would not lock. And when you have a child they recognised this was not safe. Now 9 months on we have went through some extreme weather, alot of water, wind and heat. The door has slowly dropped over time. 3 weeks ago I asked for someone to check. I was advised they were busy and might take a while. I phoned yesterday and they apologised and sent someone the same day. 15 min fix and the door is as good as new.

Warmseal knocked down an old garden room and built a new one 4 years ago (10 year guarantee). They built it in the pouring rain and left the roof joists exposed for a week!!! It has leaked 3 times, each time a roofer gave a different reason. It happened again during storm Arwen and sent someone out, it leaked again. Ive been fighting ever since, they have sent 2 lots of people with different excuses and now saying the kitchen roof which it is attached has holes in it and the water is running through the roof and showing on the ceiling of the new garden room!!! Rubbish!!!! Theres not a mark on the kitchen ceiling and Ive had a roofer up and its fine. I feel sorry for the office staff as I keep ringing. Im now putting it in the hands of my solicitor. DO NOT USE THIs COMPANY

They dont reply to emails. They take ages to install the windows. Better off looking else where. I was also lied to about my window appointment. Not worth the money or the hassle
