I used this service a few weeks ago. All staff were professional, polite and reassuring. I was given all the care, advice & medication needed to make a quick recovery. Thank you for your invaluable service.

What a waste of time. I've been coming here for years with my two children. I've always been very happy with the care we received. However, I took my daughter this morning and when going to triage I was told that she looks OK in herself so the nurse won't send her to see a doctor and to call the GP in the morning! I will certainly not be coming back here again. Rather drive the extra 2 miles and go to the one in Fenham!

Walked in and the lady on the reception was lovely but shortly went downhill , got called in by a nurse and as soon as I started talking to her knew it was going to be a bad experience, got talked to like I was dirt off her shoe, left nearly in tears , not because I didnt get the treatment I wanted but because of how I got spoken to, people who arent friendly and compassionate should not be working in health care and dealing with people who are vulnerable and unwell.. been here twice now and wont be coming back, the first thing she told me as I sat down is were not a walk in well why did the lady at the reception not send me away and if thats the case it shouldnt come up when you Google walk in centres near me made to feel like a inconvenience and get told to ring 111 who tell you to go to the GP or walk in!!
