There are Two vending machines in the lobby at my place of work, One for food one for drinks both of which are regularly restocked and yet the stock is often out of date? or close to end of date, Now I usually bring a lunch however today I risked a purchase of Doritos again, as soon as i opened the pack i could smell the stale flavoring and there was slice across the front of the packet, I've had OOD food I've had Package damaged food and that's only when the machine itself doesn't eat my money which could easily amount up to well over 150+ value over the past 5 years for food I've thrown away and food that is just inedible or just not vended, and the fact that the money is in a catch tray and they know it belongs to a member of staff is a kick in the teeth, today is the last straw I'm done with this sub par service offered and will be approaching my colleagues to discuss alternatives to this atrocious service,

Terrible tea. Dangerous cups that burn your hands. Scum on top of the tea and no sugar even though it was selected, extra sugar. Tea was dark brown. Use another machine this company is clearly out of touch. By the way it's the machine at blaydon swimming baths and care centre. Get it removed before someone gets burnt possibly a child.
