Northgate.....an absolute joke. Van hire.....the backbone of a business. Booked in (last Friday) for 9am this morning (Monday), tailgate repair on our vehicle.....as usual a lengthy delay as no-one had done any paperwork. Received a call from our driver who was there at 9 to pick up a replacement vehicle saying that we had not been booked in. This is not a one off....... Customer service is definitely not their priority...... 10:30am, driver still waiting !!!
