        This is the second time I have used Formation NE to repair my Dyson upright vacuum cleaner and I've been so impressed. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

        Cable changed on a Shark upright but returned with a grey cable not black and now looks odd (there are black moulded plug socket and cables online for Shark so they are available) so check with them before getting a cable done. Otherwise nice to deal with, would have been 5 stars
