It was my 5 experience with this Branch. ( 4 exchange for myself and 1 for family :) ) Very professional and transparent staffs, I would thank Lewis T, Lewis D and Sybil for the great service. I would highly recommend Carsupermarket Newcastle to everyone.

The staff at CarSupermarket newcastle were fantastic. The receptionist went above and beyond to inform me of a vehicle that was in their inventory before the start of her shift. The salesman was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. I would buy a used car from the newcastle depot again cheers guys.

Update on the bmw. No working air conditioning Had to replace the tyres within the first week Rear differential output shafts seals have failed Door latches no longer activate occasionally leaving me unable to put the car in drive Sold to me with full mot and service history. Had an early mot performed and found quite a good list of issues. Been sold a lemon. Id suggest not buying from them.
