Car was viewed, negotiated, paper work done on spot, Paid into bank instantly, All done in 20mins. Very professional, polite and genuine. I needed a car in a hurry after mine was written off. I found a car I liked and Chris brought out the keys and gave us time to look it over. No pressure, no sales jargon and no following us about. The car was serviced, mot'd and a new timing belt fitted before handover. Excellent, hassle free experience and Chris was great to deal with. I would definitely recommend Rubber Duck to anyone looking for a fair priced second hand car. Thank you Chris.

I sold my car this morning to a lovely man he made me feel relaxed. I got more than i expected, so don't be going to "we buy any car" or anyone like that, give these people a ring or go on their website if you have a car for sale. I got in touch with Rubber Duck to sell my car and within 2 days wed agreed a price that was quite a bit more than I was offered in P/X and the payment was instant. They made the transaction seamless and came to my house so I didnt even have to go anywhere. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a car. Thanks

Excellent service. I traded my old car back in September and got a good price for it. My daughter also bought her first car at the same time. We dealt with Chris who was a great help and was not pushy at all but really helpful. It was so good my son then bought a car from them as well. I had an issue with my car and spoke to Chris last week. He then spoke to Dave, the service manager, and the car was booked for a diagnostic this morning. The car was taken in straight away and the issue was sorted within 30 minutes. Turned out it just needed adblue which I didn't realise and had a glitch in the electrics The adblue issue was totally on me to be honest but special thanks to Dave for taking the time to explain the issues thoroughly and his colleague (I didn't catch his name) for then showing me where I should have added the adblue 10/10 Would definitely use this garage again for both buying and selling a car.
