Definitely the worst ever experience of viewing a car. Went to view an Audi A3. I was quickly handed off to a nice guy who looked like he probably did the servicing. I was left to look at the car on my own and I quickly realised the boot on the A3 was too small so I asked the salesperson if I could view the C-class estate behind it. Got questioned about when I was looking to buy and then told I needed an appointment and that I could look at it if I was quick. That is not customer service. And no, this is not a fake review and I have never threatened to burn the place down

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased a rare Subaru import from themselves claiming it had been freshly imported and mileage had been converted from km to miles and there would be 1-2km discrepancy when the conversion was carried out. Later on in my time of owning the vehicle I had put it up for sale on a Subaru owners forum pageturns out this vehicle was like opening up a can of worms. It had been imported over by another garage with 152k miles on the clock and the clocks had been fiddled with. Another gentlemen had bought the car from said garage and restored it himself after turning out it was abit of a dog! This gentlemen had sold the car to Oakwood specialist cars and they tried to import it to a bloke in America. This bloke had spotted that the stamps on the engine cover were reading 150k miles for cam belt changes and refused sale. Oakwood were obviously stuck with the vehicle and now down in profit, and looking for a get out and lied on there contracts of sale describing mileage discrepancy of 1-2 miles on conversion. When I proceeded to try and talk to Oakwood regarding the unlawfulness and straight up lies they blocked my number in pettiness and told me if I wanted to talk I would have to contact there solicitors. Coming from working in the motor trade myself the whole place seems very slap dash and run by a bunch of cowboys.
