        Terrible experience with Cheryl - 3/2/23. Took our car in to be valued by Cheryl today. She instantly knocked 1,000 off the price and when asked for an explanation said I dont know why. She said she found scratches on the car and would show us (there arent any) and when we agreed to be shown, she wouldnt get out of her chair to show us. (Ive checked again and there are definitely no scratches). Finally, as we left, declining the offer, she muttered under her breath and when asked to repeat herself, shouted at me across the car park. Highly unprofessional and rude service.

        Like all businesses it relies on staff. the man at the North Shields depot was polite helpful and courteous to the old gentleman who was selling his car. it was a really good way of getting rid over 20 year old car being offered a fair price.
