        They're OK, not the best. Charge over the odds, We've had a lot of breakdowns on some trucks. One came back from this place having being fixed and broke down again 20mins later.

        I have just experience excellent customer service today from East Truck and Van. Special shout out to reception desk team and Simon for top class Customer care service. You guys were amazing and as always i am truly appreciative. It gives me reassurance the vehicle is in good hands. My only wish is one manufacturer would sit up and take lesson from East Truck and Van professionalism. Well done team

        I was basically left on hold this morning and left for so long I had to hang up the phone to go to work. I think this was intended, like the receptionist was checking now and then to see if I was still there then putting me on hold again. Nice. Thanks
