We were amazed how customer friendly is the service of this company. We are ordering a second year now and based on the inflation this year the prices are very difficult to bare. The team responded incredibly when we shared our concerns and they found a fantastic solution so we ordered 6 glass awards and our event will be organised on time for Christmas. I would like especially to thank Abby. Her attitude towards the costumers is incredible. She was really kind and helpful and always seeking a solution so our request can be resolved in the best way. I enquired about a product and from the get go the team at North East Trophies could not be more accommodating! From my initial enquiry right through to delivery of my item I was kept up to date about my purchase and I love that the design team sent over proofs before personalising my item.
