After a tentative diagnosis from my own garage, Austrins were amazing. They stayed in frequent contact about how the repairs were progressing, turned the job around in double quick time and their customer service is faultless. They worked hard to keep the costs down but still used excellent parts and clearly have a very committed team. I would recommend them to anyone - highly professional and courteous. As a company they are clearly focused on customer care and satisfaction from making the booking with David to collecting the car. The regular updates and explanation when collecting the car were simplistically precise and in laymans language - so easily understood. 1st class service and high level of customer satisfaction.
