        I had a towbar & electrics fitted to my new car in march 2020, we have been unable to use it until august bank holiday this year when I find it does not work properly, when I called in to the showroom I was told the wrong type of electrics (universal) have been fitted it should have been a dedicated system, I explained this was the type recommended by their staff but, was informed I should have gone for the dedicated system. So if you want electrics fitted to your car I suggest you find an expert elseware befor going to this place. 571.00 wasted. I have recieved your reply but as I stated in my review YOUR staff recommended this electics system, so I dont think i will come back to your showroom, I will find an expert to do the work.
