        Have been using Watsons for past 10 years, always excellent service and value for money. They are moving from Boldon to Middlefields and I do hope they can take their high score to the new location.

        Took Dewalt mini circular saw in to be repaired as had stopped working no idea why. was given an invoice and was told I have to pay deposit and this will come off the Bill when its fixed. Recieved a phone call next day to say saw cant be repaired as they cant get parts I enquired will I get my deposit back was told thats the price for looking at it so I said I will come and pick saw up as on doing this I picked up a dismantled broken saw in bits in a bag. so now 24 pound down and a broken dismantled saw so will be avoiding this place in future
