Prebooked taxi for 05:15 to the train station to get a train. Checked on their phone system which said it was scheduled. In the morning, no car turned up, then a guy called at 05:25 to say they couldnt find a driver, whilst I was running to the train station. Why didnt you call me before my collection time? Clearly I was going to the station. Wont use again when time critical.

Taxi arrived 20minutes late! Absolute joke. Kids were late for a school trip because they "couldn't" get a driver out in time. Really not good enough, service is terrible. Won't be using again

I had wanted to try local taxis as wanted to support local business as opposed to uber and or bolt. Big mistake doing this with blueline. Really gives local taxis a bad name. The driver went to the wrong place and then as i couldn't get there, charged me as if i took the whole trip. What's worse, i called customer service and although i received one email, have not heard back from them for 2 weeks. STAY AWAY.

Was a regular blueline user. Not anymore. Booked and paid upfront to take my mother out for her 80th birthday afternoon tea treat. Got off to a bad start when the driver drove off before my elderly mother had closed the door. We drove a good few metres with the door wide open before he stopped. Got worse when we arrived despite taking money out of my account was told by the surly driver to pay again in cash or card. Reluctant to do so having already paid upfront and the money taken out of my account there was a stand off until now late for my mother's afternoon treat I paid again in cash. Terrible experience ruining was what supposed to be a special treat. Update they have taken money out of my account so I've paid twice for a terrible taxi journey
