Sports Massage

Visited Stephen on the back of positive reviews and was hugely impressed with the thorough, no nonsense sports massage. We discussed my physical issues beforehand and Stephen was very informative about what was involved. I've never had such a thorough massage before, the attention to detail was excellent. Stephen also provided various advice for rehabilitation, such as increased water intake and supplements to aid recovery and maintain health. Post massage was a good chat about was done, what to do next etc. Very friendly, and not a rushed service. Stephen really gives you his attention and skills. Following a day and a half of rest and tenderness from the massage, I experienced the first day without knee pain in several months. Would highly recommend to someone who wants a proper sports massage.

Excellent as always. Knots and tightness in muscles were removed. Not a 'pleasant exoerience' but that's because the knots needed shifting. If you have tightness and knots in muscles I'd certainly recommend making an appointment.

Stephen is fantastic. The best massage I have ever had. He puts you at ease and I came away feeling so much better and very relaxed

Absolutely spot on at his craft, this man knows what hes doing and works relentlessly to free up the knots in your back, would definitely recommend!
