    Was really looking forward to a sports massage, I waited outside for my allotted booking, no answer, text and turns out I was double booked. Was sent away as she already had a customer, she was very apologetic saying this never happens she'll get back shortly. 6 days later I finally get a text saying I can do the following week. I asked for a time and she couldn't do it, which I have no quarrel with. So I asked for my deposit back on the 20th. Radio silence for 3 days, so I text again asking for my money to be refunded, I sent bank details, now a week later I still haven't had my deposit back or heard from her regarding if it's actually been sent! Quite lacking in care and communication considering I was the one stood up!
