Do NOT rent from these I live in a three bed semi I rent from BERNICIA can only use two bedrooms due to black mould and white mould all over third bedroom been complaining for three years. Also got black mould across full landing ceiling and kitchen window and door, front door, soaking walls down stairs all around mains electric board.

I can say that this outfit is an absolute joke boiler has been condemned on Sunday the repairs contractor came out Monday told me men would be here tomorrow so took a day off work for nothing to happen then promised me Thursday it will get sorted and yet again no one here I can only say this is the worst company I've ever had to deal with they are so quick to rake rent but not do there job

If I could give no stars I would I've had a antisocial behaviour worker named (Mr Stewart sexton) come to my door I tried to reschedule a meeting an Stewart ignored my message to him an came to my door anyway he then became very rude an wouldn't disclose to me what he had came for my partner swore In a sentence at him an he's took it upon him self to contact soial services on me had a police officer do a welfare check when it was all unnecessary an I'm very angry an disappointed of the way I'm currently being treated I've been told he intimates women an by the way he treated me looks like thats the truth
