        Probably the most unhelpful company I have come across. Difficult in every way. Obstructive and never follow up on their calls or promises to a potential customer. Avoid at all cost.

        Been a customer for a few years, the product they supply is great but if you need to ask them anything, their Customer Service Line is terrible - on hold for so long I have to give up every time. Popped my number in the call-back service option and got a call back within 30 seconds but they could only help me if I was a new customer looking to purchase!!! ... so you'll answer calls for new business but not to you're loyal customers! I just have a very simple question, could be answered within a minute. Really disappointing.
