        Nice pub on the corner of Whitley Bay Seafront. Called in for a quick bite at lunch time with 3 friends and 2 well behaved Dogs. The pleasant staff welcomed us ALL, especially the dogs, which were offered doggie treats and water. Food was good and not expensive. Adults had burger and savoury bakery products with sides, and hot drinks. Pub has a good vista over the links to the sea.

        Thoroughly recommend Crab and Waltzer as an event venue. My family have held two birthday parties here in the last year and the owners and staff go out of their way to help. Its a lovely decorated venue, in an excellent location - and their cocktails are brilliant!
