Terrible Agency. Lie about Wage Rates. Don't pay your 100 Bonus when you recommend someone. Deduct 50 per week from your wages towards Payroll Fees. Never hold up their end of the conversation. Would never use again !! Stay Clear. Mark. 7 times we chased our 100 until we put this review on then you paid it. What Self Employed Benefits. You dont get any !

Very bad agency, to cut along story short, Mark Chalmers tried to tell me I was not entitled to any holiday pay from 12th November until 9th March, in that space of time I only got paid for 4 days and you accrue half a day each week,so I was still owed at least another 20 hours and then eventually when he come to terms that I was right, he said he would pay me but instead he put me through on the wrong tax code (baring in mind I already told him the correct tax code). So i was taxed like 34 (this tax amount is far too high) from 180, that is definitely not right,as previously when I have been due 180 I've only been taxed about 1.68. But when I confronted him about this, he was adamant that it was right. Unfortunately due to this inconvenience and underpaying me, I feel people need to be aware of him and his company encase this happens to anyone else.
