2. Owed an explanation or forward statement as to the fact that food is going to take longer than it should

Someone at G. king needs to teach their staff and managers proper customer support for all occurring situations.
this place is way off the mark. The sausages were cold and rubbery and the bacon was cooked to within an inch of its shelf life. One star, poor establishment badly run.
