I have known Peter for 4+ years. I previously used his services to find me a tenant a few times. I used to manage it myself, but following recent lifestyle changes and a relocation, I've decided to have him also manage the property on my behalf. 6 months on and I am pleased to say - that has been one of the best decisions I've made. Peter is very fast responding, very knowledgeable and helpful and extremely good at disarming stressful situations and conflicts.
