They refuse to offer any help to a business struggling through the Covid-19 situation. A business that has been with them for 8 years and never kept them waiting for a penny in rent. And to be specific, they weren't asked for a rent reduction. Simply a little more time to make a decision on whether or not to extend a lease. They refused outright. In these difficult and uncertain times, they serve only themselves.
Absolutely typical of the worst of lettings agents. Avoid them at all costs if you can.
