After a successful 3 years tenancy. Its turned into a disaster. Please don't anything yourself to help out and write down any discrepancies with wear and tear you find, doesn't matter how small. Take photos when you move in and make sure you are thorough. Great at the awful in the end.

Never come across anything like this, arranged to view a property then after a week was told they given the appointment to someone else without letting us know, only reason we even found out was when we called to confirm the house number. Who even does this ? this business thinks it's ok to casually discriminate while everyone else has to play by the rules. Looking at what others have said, I'm glad I did not agree a tenancy. If this is how they treat potential customers, I don't want to think what goes on once you are in an agreement with them

I was about to keep it all silent, but as they are nasty above and beyond, I feel the need to aware everyone else. So, the story begins as me and my boyfriend moved in the flat with a window that was impossible to close, due to bended window frame. We were told that the window will be fixed within a few weeks, which was fine with us as it was not that cold in the end of September at 2020/09/21. Once we moved in we had to fix a hole in a kitchen - sure no worries, flat is nasty as there is oil from previous tenant cooking all over the kitchen - no problem, falling out tiles in the bathroom? No worries. Cracks and open holes all the way around bathroom room? No worries. Water tank was older than me and looked mouldy, and we been buying water was water was growing green substance around taps.. Well we tried to ignore it all and fixed pretty much everything. Later on the November. It started to get cold and it was raining everyday.. I tried to contact them again, as no one even messaged me about windows - a promise to fix them, but for now "tape it or whatever". I spent my money to buy blankets and millions of tapes and somewhat made it. Kitchen and bathroom windows expanded as it was rainy and got impossible to be used either way. We ended up in flat with moisture so bad that I ended up in hospital regards ear drum inflammation which occurred due to moisture in the flat and going outside. Heater in the house stopped working after 2nd month of the tenancy too. It was a disaster. Me and my boyfriend tried to talk with them nicely and been nearly begging, yet it was always a lie after another lie. Nerves, health, mental sanity living in the city centre with this company in charge left me in tears nearly every evening and caused me ear related problems for life. Thanks to the company incompetence. Now, as we managed to escape the hell they began to look for ways to claim money from us after their own issues. Unclear emails, calls and raised voice tone straight on my working hours. In case anyone wants to talk to me privately about the company, feel free to contact me and I will tell you the story in details. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Me and my partner have been in this property for almost 3 years, mostly without problem. But in the past 6 months, we've had a massive leak from the bathroom, down the landing, into the sitting room and also water straight into the fuse box. This left us without heating, water, electricity and gas. In all fairness that problem was fixed the same day, although the so called emergency number didn't work. My partner also got told to switch the electricity back on, when the electrician arrived later that night, he said there's no way the electric should be turned back on as the fuse box was drenched. Fast forward to last night and the sink has burst in the bathroom, soaked the bathroom floor, streamed down the passage wall, into the sitting room and the fuse box yet again. The offices are closed for the weekend, the emergency number? Well after almost 35 calls all night and numerous text messages we still have no answer! I'm pretty sure no water, no electric, no gas and no heating would be filed under an emergency? So by the looks of things, we will be left from 6:30pm on a Friday until at the very earliest Monday morning without any heating, gas, water and electricity in some parts of the house.
