        The male postmaster needs training in customer service; he was rude and came across as a rather angry person. I will not go in to this branch again

        Closes at 5.00 not 5.30 as shown on the official website. As previous reviewers have said - totally unhelpful, said it wasn't her website so not her problem. Go elsewhere for expected PO service

        Closes between 13:30 - 14:00 for lunch, but this is not stated anywhere online, not even on post office branch website. I'll suggest these opening hours on GMaps. Decent enough post office, usually a queue and a bit slow, often very 'meh' customer service but never experienced them being full-on rude. At least there is a post office

        I rushed to the PO as our Associate who kindly takes the post for me wasn't going. It was closed for lunch As my 3 packages were already franked & ready to post I nipped in via the Pharmacy. The woman ( never met before) was abrupt, rude and wouldn't let me leave !! She had no customer skills Luckily one of the really nice ladies recognised me and took the parcels. The other woman looked livid. So sad
