Staff member was rude and not helpful. She had an attitude and was unable to solve my problem. I was unable to drop off my parcel as I dont have a printer for a label nor was I told how I would able to post it. Terrible service. Fair enough that she couldnt do it but she had a stinking attitude when I was asking questions

Staff are wonderful & so helpful, I have a closer post office to where I live but always choose this shop. Always get me the best deal for posting large items. These ladies are a credit to the post office!

Staff bit slow needs a bigger post office 2 crammed in with another shop needs more staff on work faster the staff in there are 2 slow needs improvement post office needs bigger place in wallsend

Staff member was rude and not helpful. She had an attitude and was unable to solve my problem.
