        Lady behind the counter was clueless when I asked to post something Royal Mail Signed For 1st class! I thought she was joking but she genuinely had no idea what I was talking about! Had to take the parcel to South Shields post office the next day. Unbelievable

        I use this post office because it is my local one... I find the staff are okay but sometimes a bit slow, however I believe they run with just a small amount of people who must get worn down a lot. So overall they do an excellent job with the people they have. I have never encountered any problems with post office at all.

        Absolutely horrific Longest time to wait The women in this branch are very slow with no communication and to top it off very judgemental with your packages Go elsewhere will be much quicker and friendly somewhere else
