        terrible rude and unexperienced staff terrible service package was 50cm and without measuring he declined it and wouldn't accepting it telling me maximum is 60cm I was so confused as his English was poor had to go to Sunderland to send it off I only gave it 1 star cause there is no zero star option

        Really nice guy that runs the post office and certainly knows his stuff. He's friendy and always make you feel welcome. I refuse to visit my local post office in Whitburn as the lady is awful. Avoid Whitburn and use this one as its a better experience when sending parcels.
