shocking service, would rather phone friends than serve customers, states open until 17.30 can't even change their opening times on the website. Won't be using again.

Staff very unhelpful and lazy. I do try to avoid going here, but the odd times I do I witness more odd behaviour from staff. I had a number of parcels which I needed to send, all of different weights. What I discovered was that the man serving, had put them all through as the heavier rate rather than put them through correctly. There was a mixture of parcels of different weights and sizes and he charged me more. The other time I went in, I asked Sooki to send something recorded delivery (she was on her mobile at the time) and put a second class stamp on it. I waited for my receipt, she looked at me as if I was stupid and when I asked for proof of postage she told me I had to pay extra (which was the correct price) had I not waited for a receipt that package would have gone through as second class and not recorded. Another time I was in there, a man wanted to send a parcel back, the staff then give him it back and said it wouldnt scan. He didnt offer to put it through a different way by typing the number in. Just give him it back. I was also told that to send something special delivery would have to go to the main post office which is also untrue. Just visited today as it was more convenient for me, I asked to post a package that I had put in a mailing bag. It went through the medium slot on the sizing tool that they use, suki then flattened the package out and said it didnt fit and said she would have to charge me the higher rate! What is her problem? I have also complained to The Post Office. Disgusting service and weird staff.
