Opulence Heating & Bathrooms

At the end of 2022 we decided it was time to remodel our bathroom and turn it into a family bathroom. We did the usual process and got a few quotes from companies that were highly rated on Checkatrade. From the initial consultation, we were set on using Jakk and the Opulence team. We had an idea of what we wanted but Jakk offered other options and alterations which improved the design. Communication from the beginning to the end was excellent. The project ran exactly to the estimated timeline, even with all the interior building work to combine the rooms, moving pipes, plastering and all of the tiling and bathroom fixture fitting. All aspects of the job were coordinated expertly. The quality of the work and finishing was outstanding. The team offer excellent aftercare and are quick to respond and resolve any questions or touch-ups. We could not recommend Opulence enough. They did a terrific job and we are very pleased with the results. They come out at short notice and helped plumb the boiler to the gas meter, this was following the move of a gas meter when I purchased a new house, no job was to big or small. They also provided supporting certificates for the servicing of the boiler which was required to rent out the property. Overall excellent service at a good price & would use again.
