        Alan was prompt, courteous and fastidious in his approach to the tasks at hand. There were a number of jobs with complexities to be addressed. He planned out his work well so completed all of them a lot sooner than we expected but his attention to detail ensured that there was no cutting of corners. Alan was eager to ensure that we were satisfied with the work done, which we were. He informed us of his costs before the work began, which we thought was competitively priced. We felt we had great value for money. We have already booked him for a bigger project.
