I recently completed the online MAT pilates course and loved it. Being able to work through the material at my own pace suited my needs perfectly and the detailed videos were extremely helpful to allow me to correctly perform technique and review any exercises. Emma is very knowledgeable and her teaching style is great. Could not recommend the course highly enough

I am currently doing the Barre Concept online course and am finding it thorough and exciting to learn new things to add to my Pilates classes. Emma is very knowledgeable and her teaching is superb. I can't wait to set up Barre classes and after this course I feel confident to do this. Thanks Emma, you have helped me advance with my career.
