        I went to the pharmacy today for my flu jab.i don't know the name of the pharmacist who was dealing with me,a young beautiful lady who has a heart of gold.ive been having a really hard few years and she asked me how I was and I had a meltdown.she sat and held my hand and listened to me for about 40 minutes and I have to let yous know how much she helped me .she went above and beyond for me and I really really appreciate it thank you so much xxx

        Been having issues with mine and my families repeat prescription for a while now. They keep saying they cant find us on the system but when we ring the doctors they say it's there and the medication is waiting to be picked up yet the pharmacist cant find us. So we decide instead of going we would ring up to check with the pharmacist before going and they say the prescription is ready and waiting get there and they cant find it. Very unhelpful staff as they make it seem like its are fault and can be very rude.
